Eligibility
These website service plans are available exclusively to businesses that:
- Are physically located in Norwalk, Connecticut, and
- Qualify as a “small business” as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
Businesses must meet both criteria to be eligible for services. By enrolling, you confirm that your business meets the SBA definition of a small business as outlined in 13 CFR Part 121.
12-Month Agreement Required
All website plans require a signed 12-month service agreement. This agreement outlines the scope of services, monthly deliverables, payment terms, and termination policy. Services will not begin until the contract is signed by both parties.
Payment Terms
Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services. Hosting, updates, and support are provided only while the account remains in good standing.
Service Scope
Each plan includes the specific services listed on this page. Requests beyond the monthly update allowance or outside the scope of the selected plan may incur additional fees, subject to written approval.
Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of all content and branding assets they provide. The final website, theme customizations, and original content (including blog posts) become the property of the client upon full payment of the 12-month contract.
Cancellation & Early Termination
Early termination of the agreement by the client may result in an early cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the contract. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing with 30 days’ notice.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from these services shall be resolved in accordance with Connecticut law and within the jurisdiction of Fairfield County.
Modifications
These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of the terms.
